Tragedy struck in Katsina, Katsina State, on Wednesday, as a lady and her child were killed by High Tension Cable .

Local reports show that the woman and her baby were killed by a high tension cable which fell in their area.

According to some witnesses, the deceased was passing by when a heavy wind started. The wind ended up breaking an electricity pole, making the cable to fall on them, killing them instantly.

The incident has caused quite some stir in the area.
