APC lawmaker, Hon Timothy Owoeye, was apparently caught while making attempt to bath up at a market in Osun State, ahead of the election which is scheduled to occur in the state soon.
The APC lawmaker who is a Majority pioneer and furthermore speaks to Ilesa West State Constituency in the State's House of Assembly, was spotted apologising the inhabitants of the region after he was caught in the obsession demonstration at the market.
