The corpse of a newborn baby has been discovered at the Ikotun area of Lagos state on Sunday, October 16.
The baby estimated to have been about one-day-old, was dumped in a pit with stagnant water in the area
Residents of the area discovered the disturbing sight at a BRT bus stop and made a report to security operatives in the area,
According to reports, the corpse of the young child was handed over to the police at the Ikotun Division.
