Earnersfx didn't give out the specific time and date. When new app is released you will get the notification in your app at the top/header

I withdraw 15000efx on 25th of november through my ethereum blockchain, ive not been credited and i heard people that withdraw before the release of the new app will not be credited, how true is that?
